I stopped reading at privately run prison…..and asked myself why we still have those in the United States. Also any facility or part of a facility designated to housing a certain classification of individuals probably shouldn’t be in existence either when the classification is extremely negative like criminal or sex offender.

These private prisons; just one side street in the money trail that is the “sex offender industry.”
